Chocolate Mousse

2 packages lady fingers
1 12-oz. pkg. choc. chips
6 eggs, separated
4 Tbsp. water
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pint heavy whipping cream

Line springform pan with lady fingers.  Melt water, sugar, & chips together.  Add 2 yolks at a time and beat.

Whip egg whites.  Fold chocolate mixture into egg whites.

Whip cream.  Fold it and vanilla into chocolate mixture.  Pour into pan.  Chill 4 or 5 hours until it sets.
