Spritz

340g butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Thoroughly cream butter and sugar.  Add egg, vanilla, and almond extract; beat well.  Gradually add flour and baking powder.  Mix to a smooth dough.  Do not chill.  Press dough through cookie press.  Bake at 200* C for 7 to 8 mins.  Makes about 5 dozen.
