Rice Pudding

Frances' best rice pudding

5 c. milk
1/2 c. rice
1 egg
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 c. heavy cream
cinnamon

Bring rice and milk to a boil, stirring often. Remove. Beat egg, sugar, vanilla and salt. Add rice mix to egg mix plus cream, stir well. Top with cinnamon then bake at 350* for half hour.

Second best rice pudding

1/2 c. rice
1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
^Boil then add 1/4 c. milk. Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake at 375* for half hour.
