Apple DumplingsPie Crust: cut together dry ingredients & butter; add water & use fork to work into dough.
Apples, cored & peeled with a little bit of sugar, cinnamon and butter sprinkled over/in. Roll out dough and wrap around apples. Cinnamon sauce is equal parts water & sugar, boil until sugar dissolves. Add cinnamon to taste. Pour over dumplings and bake at about 350* for about 30 mins or until apples seem soft. |
