Sour Cream Coffee Cake2 c. sugar Preheat oven to 180*. Cream sugar & butter until fluffy; add eggs, one at a time, then rest of ingredients. Grease & flour bundt pan; put in half of batter; sprinkle on sugar & cinnamon (and nuts and/or apples). Pour rest of batter in, sprinkle sugar & cinnamon on top. Bake until toothpick comes out mostly clean; about 35 mins. |
