Black Bottom Cupcakes

Filling:
8 oz. or 225 grams cream cheese
1 egg
Beat egg and add it to cream cheese, then add:
1/3 c. sugar
pinch of salt
6 oz. or 170 grams chocolate chips

Batter:
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Fill cupcake forms about 2/3 full with batter, then drop in the cream cheese mixture.  Bake at 180* for ~20 mins.
