ÖlBrownies3/4 cup oil 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3 eggs (3 Tbsp. flaxseed soaked with 9 Tbsp. water) 3/4 cup flour 1/3 cup + 2 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa 1/4 tsp. + 1/8 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt Mix together oil, sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs and mix well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and gradually add to the oily mixture. Bake at 180* for ~25 minutes. CCC3/4 c. Öl 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. sugar Blend the above, then add below: 2 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 Ritter Sports tsp. drops onto baking sheet and bake at ~140*. Makes a LOT - almost 100 teaspoons. Half recipe: 88 ml Öl (just over 1/3 cup) 1 egg 1/2 tsp. vanilla just over 1/3 cup each of sugar and brown sugar 1 1/8 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 Ritter Sport Mix oil, egg, vanilla, and sugars until creamy, then add dry ingredients. Makes ~45 generous teaspoons. Adding cocoa creates a delicious double chocolate cookie. Double Choc1/3 c. oil Bake at 150* for 10 mins. They look like crinkle cookies. Taste great sprinkled with cinnamon. Could roll in cinnamon sugar. Sugar Cookies3/4 c. sugar 2/3 c. oil 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs 2 c. flour Tortillas3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 1/3 c. oil 1 c. warm water Combine dry ingredients, then add oil & water. Mix and transfer to floured surface. Divide the dough in half until you have 16 balls. Flatten the balls with your hands as much as possible, cover with towel, and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
