Bake at 240* for 15 mins. No Yeast No Milk2 cups flour (260g) Combine dry ingredients, create a well for oil, gradually add water. Knead for a few minutes then cover with bowl and let rest for 15 mins. Bake at 220* for ~15 mins. No Yeast No Rise3 cups + 3 Tbsp. flour Add flour and salt to a bowl. Make a well for the water. Mix with a spoon and as dough starts to form add the olive oil. Knead for a few seconds and divide into 2 balls for 2 large, thin crust pizzas. No Yeast1 1/3 c. flour Mix dry ingredients then add: Knead on lightly floured surface for 10 mins., let it rest 10 mins. Roll it out and pre-cook for ~8 mins. at 200*. Then add toppings and cook another 15-20 mins. |
