Pie Crust

1 1/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
113 grams cold butter
3 Tbsp. very cold water

Combine dry ingredients.  Cut in butter until well blended, ~pea size.  Add water.  Form dough and spread in pie dish.

Poptarts are made with pie crust. For brown sugar cinnamon poptarts the filling is: 1/4 c. brown sugar, 2 tsp. flour, and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Roll out and cut the dough into an even number. Whisk an egg and brush over half the squares. Divide filling among half the squares; ~ Tbsp. each. Cover and press edges down with a fork. Brush remaining egg over and bake at 180* for ~20 mins. until golden. Make glaze with 1/2 c. powder sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 2 tsp. milk, and a drop of vanilla. Spoon over poptarts while still warm and let set.

Glazed Boobs

1 recipe pie crust will make 10 boobs. Divide the dough in half, roll out, create 10 circles with a cup.

Filling:  1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. chopped walnuts, 2 Tbsp. maple syrup, 1 Tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. cinnamon. Divide among the circles.

Roll out rest of dough and cover. Save a few pinches for nipples. Bake ~15 mins. at 180*.

Glaze: 1/4 c. powdered sugar, ~1 Tbsp. milk, splash of vanilla, couple shakes of cinnamon. Glaze when warm from oven.
