Pie Crust1 1/4 c. flour Combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter until well blended, ~pea size. Add water. Form dough and spread in pie dish. Poptarts are made with pie crust. For brown sugar cinnamon poptarts the filling is: 1/4 c. brown sugar, 2 tsp. flour, and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Roll out and cut the dough into an even number. Whisk an egg and brush over half the squares. Divide filling among half the squares; ~ Tbsp. each. Cover and press edges down with a fork. Brush remaining egg over and bake at 180* for ~20 mins. until golden. Make glaze with 1/2 c. powder sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 2 tsp. milk, and a drop of vanilla. Spoon over poptarts while still warm and let set. Glazed Boobs1 recipe pie crust will make 10 boobs. Divide the dough in half, roll out, create 10 circles with a cup. Filling: 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. chopped walnuts, 2 Tbsp. maple syrup, 1 Tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. cinnamon. Divide among the circles. Roll out rest of dough and cover. Save a few pinches for nipples. Bake ~15 mins. at 180*. Glaze: 1/4 c. powdered sugar, ~1 Tbsp. milk, splash of vanilla, couple shakes of cinnamon. Glaze when warm from oven. |
