Pizza Crust

42g frische Hefe oder 1 Paket Trockenhefe
250ml lauwarmes Wasser
2 EL Olivenöl
500g/3 cups Mehl

Knead for at least 10 mins.  Let raise in warm place (~35*C) for at least 40 mins.  Divide dough in half and roll out into 2 pizzas.  Bake at 240* for 15 mins.

No Yeast No Milk

2 cups flour (260g)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oil
3/4 cup + 1 1/2 Tbsp. water

Combine dry ingredients, create a well for oil, gradually add water. Knead for a few minutes then cover with bowl and let rest for 15 mins. Bake at 220* for ~15 mins.

No Yeast No Rise

3 cups + 3 Tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
1 c. + 1 Tbsp. warm water
1 Tbsp. olive oil

Add flour and salt to a bowl.  Make a well for the water.  Mix with a spoon and as dough starts to form add the olive oil.  Knead for a few seconds and divide into 2 balls for 2 large, thin crust pizzas.

No Yeast

1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix dry ingredients then add:
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. olive oil

Knead on lightly floured surface for 10 mins., let it rest 10 mins.  Roll it out and pre-cook for ~8 mins. at 200*.  Then add toppings and cook another 15-20 mins.
