Ravioli

An easy pasta dough for homemade ravioli:

2 cups flour
2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt

This dough -without the oil- can also be used to make potstickers. A light sprinkling of cornstarch separates the rolled out wrappers and maybe contributes to a crispier bottom?

To cook potstickers, heat oil in a fry pan and let the potstickers sit uncovered for a few minutes. Then, add a little bit of water to create a steam, cover, and let cook for a few minutes.
